Very informative! Multiple stops along the way to Denali to show different animals, rivers, the very important town of Nenana. Small little walk through the Boreal forest was breathtakingly beautiful. Unfortunately, we did not get to see Denali because it was snowing the day we were there. But the overall experience was absolutely amazing! Sarah was our tour guide and she was phenomenal! Really enjoyed this tour and would highly recommend it!

Review for John – Denali Tour Guide We had an incredible experience on our Denali tour with John! From the start, he was friendly, caring, and extremely knowledgeable. He shared fascinating insights about Denali and Alaska in general, giving us a deeper appreciation for the area’s history, wildlife, and people. John was patient and engaging, answering all of our questions with enthusiasm. During our hike, he went the extra mile by providing cleats for our boots, ensuring we had secure footing on the trails. Afterward, he treated us to warm beverages, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated touch. The entire day was well-organized and thoroughly enjoyable. We left with a greater understanding of Denali and wonderful memories of our time there. If you’re looking for a top-notch guide who truly cares about his guests’ experience, we highly recommend John!

They overbooked my bus and three of us were crammed into seats for two people. Despite plenty of empty spaces, they refused to let us park in their lot and plug in to avoid engine freeze. Management is purely profit driven and has no sense of customer service. It’s a scam and a pricey one at that

Dear William, It may be best for you to call us to talk about what you think is a scam. The two items you have mentioned are not scams. VEHICLES - For the Denali Winter Drive we don't travel in a bus -- we travel in 15 passenger vans which yes, we take the last seat out so our emergency gear and any larger guest bags can go back there. That does leave seating for 10 guests -- 3 guests per the remaining 3 bench seats plus 1 person in the front passenger seat -- all with their own seatbelt. None of the bench seats on our Ford Econoline vans are made for just 2 people. Not a scam. Parking - the guest parking lot is the East Ramp Parking Lot #2. The map with this information was sent to you at the time of confirmation if you booked direct or to your travel agent if you booked via an agent. We are very clear there are no plug ins and if one can to leave their car at their hotel, Bnb, rental and take a shuttle or an Uber or taxi on extreme cold days that may be best. If you do park there it is correct, there are no plug in. Did your engine freeze and not start when you returned? If yes, we are able to assist you with that -- did your engine freeze? Did you ask for assistance? If you did and didn't get any -then yes, please let us know as that should not have happened; however, if your car did start or we did provide assistance and it started we are not sure where the scam is. If you are saying it took time to warm the car up once you started it ... that is normal in the winter, even when you plug your car in you will need to run it to warm the car up. Not a scam. Again William, we do not know where the scam plays with what you have written. If we have missed something in what you have written I invite you to please call us so we can understand as we do care. Outside of what you have written we hope you did enjoy your time out with us and enjoyed the rest of your time in Alaska. Best wishes for a bright new year.
