The manager Jennifer was very nice and fixed our issue with one of the games.. The game kept having glitches but she was always right there to fix it

My family and I visited a few weeks back and there’s nothing but good things to speak about this place. Traveling during a global pandemic is definitely not easy, specially with many things being close, and finding this place was truly refreshing. The staff greeted us as we walked in and made sure that we were as safe and as comfortable as possible. The manager, whom I believe is named Ivan, made rounds and asked if we were enjoying ourselves, definitely something you don’t really see nowadays. Overall recommend this place 100% and will definitely visit again if we are in the Pigeon Forge area.

Great experience! Wife and I bought the $100 Arcade card and won some goodies for our toddler. Shout out to Jess and Gary for helping us out! These two were fantastic, and super friendly. Highly recommended!
