Went in to the arcade and first thing a young gentleman named Aiden was there and welcomed us to the arcade. He helped us get our cards then kinda pointed us in direction of his favorites. Then the rest the night Aiden kept checking on us and asking how everything was going. Definitely had a blast at the arcade and Aiden made it well worth the visit

Aiden was there to help whenever we needed it or when a machine had problems. He was very kind, nice, polite, respectful, and friendly. He helped us register our play cards and helped us through everything. We have been coming here every time when take a trip to Tennessee and this experience was like no other. I am very grateful for his work and desire to help. Our first experience was when we walked through the door and he helped us get out cards registered. Then some machines had problems and he fixed them and was very kind to replace the lost credits. Once again I just want to say I appreciate Aiden's work

We have been coming to this Arcade for a very long time, and this experience was something amazing. We had a person to help us during our troubles, his names was Aiden. He was very wonderful, one of the best employees. He was very friendly and cheerful.
