Itinerary Changes:Tour operator reserves the right to adjust the itinerary for smooth operations.

Parking: Parking is not available at the meeting point. Transportation to and from the departure location is not included.
Closed Attractions: If a scenic spot is closed, an alternative will be provided. COVID-19 may affect attraction hours and capacity.
Booster Seats: For state law, Children under the age of 6 require a booster seat in order to participate in the tour group. Please understand that the violations and fines are borne by the guests themselves. There is no need for a booster seat for bus travel on the day of travel.

Bait and switch - said it would be bus, ended up filling up 2 old vans for a 7 hour trip one way. Very, very uncomfortable. Also the trip information said hotel in Niagra Falls but it was a very old, crappy hotel in Buffalo. Every event was rushed except lunch on the way when we had to wait for our driver to finish his smoke break.

After we investigated, it is a minivan for 12 people could be comfortable for everyone. We have already informed our hotel department about the issue you mentioned. Improvements is going to start. The tour guide was actually waiting for the other customer finish smoke not him. But thank you very much for your feedback. We are happy to accept your advices!

Our tour leader Sam was great in every way. Absolutely no problem with Sam. My problem was with the accommodations, namely the mode of travel and the lodging. We traveled in a 10-person van that had no rear shocks and rattled constantly. There was simply no way to get comfortable with ten people seated check by jowl for 10 hours in this van. The motel, which was unavailable to us until 10 pm, was below par. No coffee available either in the room or lobby. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and there was Wifi. Zero other amenities.

Dear Customer, Happy to hear you are satisfied with our guide’s service. Regarding the vehicle, due to shortage of resources, the vehicle was not very new, but accorded with operational standards, our apologies for the imperfect experience this time. The Niagara Inn’s location is very good, walking distance to the Niagara Falls, if you attend the Night tour, we will back to hotel around 10:00 pm. We get known from the guide, you felt tired and the guide sent you to the hotel around 8:45 pm and checked in, there might have some misunderstanding. We hope the above explanation can help solve any misunderstandings that might have occurred.

I rarely write reviews but I have to for this one. We loved our Niagra falls trip. Absolutely fantastic and hassles free. Our tour guide paco was just great! Will definitely go with them again early next year. Cheers. Definitely recommend them.
