No review available because our trip was cancelled that morning due to mechanical issues with the boat. (Was required to choose a circle!) Very disappointed, but the staff was very kind and gave us referrals to other opportunities. And we were refunded our money right away, which was very nice.

Our tour with Captain Zach was fantastic! Very personable, and like our own private charter for my family. We saw dolphins, osprey and explored Shell Island. Zach was very knowledgeable about sea life and helped my nephews on their very first snorkeling experience. One of the best boat trips I’ve ever taken on the gulf! Highly recommend! Thank you, Zach!!

There weren’t any memorable moments because the boat was broken. Apparently his gages weren’t working properly so we didn’t even get a chance to experience anything sadly. What a complete waste of time. The captain should have checked for issues hours in advance. My Husband and I believes that the issue could have been something else “ ya know”, but whatever!

This really saddens me and honestly hurts my feelings. Due to circumstances beyond my control the engine interface cable went out right as I cranked the boat to leave. I was at the boat an hour before you arrived and the boat was in fine working order. You were issued a full refund and I apologized. If you would like proof from my mechanic I can provide the invoice and a written statement from my mechanic. We are a small mom and pop business and by one starring me you hurt my ability to provide for my family. I wish you would be more understanding in the future.
