Loved seeing the navy ship, dolphins, sea turtles and snorkeling! We had a lady drop her phone in the ocean. Our tour guide didn’t think twice about going in after it. He even retrieved it!

Sometimes miracles do happen! I'm still not sure how I was able to find it in the murky water but I'm glad that I did!

Best dolphin cruise you can take. Capt. Zach was awesome. We seen a few dolphins and went to shell island. We had a great time!!

I booked and got confirmation and was told my time and date was double booked and to cancel a booking that he said I booked twice which I never did. I only got one confirmation for the time and date that I was charged for. Disappointed everyone that was excited to go.

Viator double booked you to a time slot that was unavailable. Unfortunately that can happen when you book through a third party and not our actual business website. Me and my wife arranged a trip for you on a tour boat at the same marina as us and I paid the captain out of my own pocket to make sure you got the trip you deserved. I don't think we should be at fault after we fixed Viator's mistake.
