The storefront was a mess, the bathroom was disgusting, no paper towels, watered down soap, was afraid to touch any surface. Then we got onto the segweys. I've been on probably 10 segwey tours and most tours keep their segweys in good condition, not these ones. Then we go through a dangerous path through muddy, uneven parks. The tour guide goes full speed ahead to a point where he's a football field away from us. Usually on segwey tours the guides keep close to their group to answer questions and ensure safety, not so much here. Stops and photo opps we're very few and very far between. Very little history was given about the different stops. The guide seemed pessimistic and tired of doing these tours. At times the segweys were fun, but this was by far the least professional, least informative segwey tour we've ever been on. I hope the owner decides to clean things up or close up shop, whichever makes more sense for them
