We waited for 45 minutes and no one turned up, do not book with this company. Viator were the best thing about this tour, prompt reply to get a refund.

Wow!! Our first but not last time in Chicago. Mike was awesome! Very knowledge in the city history and so much fun, great guy (: was able to identify many of the Batman scenes and locations in the tour. The Chicago marathon happen to be finishing as our tour started and he was prepared with alternate locations. We got some super cool pics and a Mike selfie with our group. We were left with some lunch recommendations in the city, and went to Lukes for the Italian Beef. Can't wait to see the city again and share the experience with more of my friends and family.
