This was a really fun experience overall! We had fun and it was safe and relaxing! Beautiful views. It took about 2 hours to float. Good for couples, families, and young children. The only thing is we were not told to bring water shoes (the ones that stay on your feet..not sandles). And when we got there we were told to go to their shop and purchase them. It ended up costing us $35 more for the shoes and the one pair was broken. And in the end, we could’ve used the ones we had brought originally. I just suggest more communication about footwear when booking. And bring your own water shoes!

Dead deer in river, immense amount of trash along river, homeless tents along river. All yuck! We would not recommend this company due to the above mentioned! Willing to take my $$, but not willing to keep it clean.

We certainly only aim to put customers on the river if we think conditions are setting our guests up to have a good experience. We had an unseasonably dry summer before the bigger rain event before you went tubing with us. We always try to partner with initiatives for river clean ups, but unfortunately I think you caught our river after a bigger rain event that can typically bring more debris and trash from the upstream banks. Even for an urban river, it is usually clearer waters once it levels out from a storm. We are sorry you had run ins with our local wildlife as well.

Went on a weekday (definitely go during the week) and we had the whole river to ourselves! Was a wonderful experience. Well worth the cost! The staff was friendly and informative. Good quality, comfortable tubes.
