To redeem you must have proof of ID. When redeemed you will receive a $25 play card from Arcade City Pigeon Forge. All money and tickets will be loaded onto your card. All play cards are nonrefundable.

Very great experience overall, many games that are great, the staff are nice, I've never been that excited to play at an arcade before.
