To redeem you must have proof of ID. When redeemed you will receive a $25 play card from Arcade City Pigeon Forge. All money and tickets will be loaded onto your card. All play cards are nonrefundable.

The arcade was a great time with the family and the kids loved it. What stood out more was the people, specifically Andrew. He was so patient and kind with our kids and turned what was a good night into a great night with his kindness and helpfulness. My oldest wanted to go thank him one last time before we left. Would go again next time we are in town without hesitation
