To redeem you must have proof of ID. When redeemed you will receive a $25 play card from Arcade City Pigeon Forge. All money and tickets will be loaded onto your card. All play cards are nonrefundable.

We were helped at the ticket counter by Kasey, she was absolutely wonderful and very helpful. We come every year and she has given us the best service yet!

I love arcades and love that Arcade City is located at the island. It's inviting and fun plus in the summertime, the AC is a huge reprieve from the Tennessee heat. Don't skip Arcade City while you're at the Island.
