To redeem you must have proof of ID. When redeemed you will receive a $25 play card from Arcade City Pigeon Forge. All money and tickets will be loaded onto your card. All play cards are nonrefundable.

We visited the arcade twice during our trip to Pigeon Forge and each time the staff was extremely welcoming and hospitable.

We decided to stroll into the arcade after finishing breakfast a few doors down. Ty was extremely welcoming and so kind to our little one!! The place was nice and clean and had a large assortment of games. We will certainly be back in large part to Ty’s hospitality! Highly recommend.
