To redeem you must have proof of ID. When redeemed you will receive a $25 play card from Arcade City Pigeon Forge. All money and tickets will be loaded onto your card. All play cards are nonrefundable.

We played arcade while my wife got tickets for the ferris wheel. There was a claw machine that had Bob Ross dolls in it. We were having trouble with the machine and Ivan fixed it. It was so kind and we ended up leaving with a Bob Ross! Thanks Ivan!

It's a little small and most games start @ $1 dollar, The ticket payout was a little stingy. You'll be lucky to walk out with 2 tootsie roll prizes (joke) after spending $25. I know it's for the fun and really not for the prizes.

We played for 30 mins for $50 compared to 1 hour at Fanny farcle. The games are more expensive here and they give you less points for people one redemption.
