This tour was great and worth the money! Right away the company contacted us to confirm. Love that. They were prompt and gave great communication on where to meet. The tour bus was comfortable and we saw the whole island. Really great way to spend 3 hours!

The day of our tour, the weather caused our Ferry to the island to be cancelled. I called Lisa at MVT&T to let her know we would not be making it for our tour. I requested a refund and she said that she was sorry and would be sure to refund our full amount. A few minutes later, she called again to suggest that if we took the other ferry, she would have our tour driver meet us at the new location and give us the full tour we had booked. She wasn't pushy about it but felt bad that our one day in Falmouth got rained out. We took her up on the offer and Rich met us for a group tour around the island. We really enjoyed his narration of our drive around the island and his recommendation for lunch. On such a blustery, wet day, he made us feel welcome and made the day informative and enjoyable. We HIGHLY recommend this tour company!

I was very pleased with the quality and variety of the info provided by Rich, our guide. History, biology, literature, political background, and popular culture were included. Edgartown is so beautiful and I enjoyed stopping to see the Gay Head cliffs and lighthouse. We'll worth the money.
