Earl, owner and tour guide, suggested as we boarded, that the next two hours would be "the best of our lives," and they actually we're the best 2.5 hours of our vacation. Earl was a skilled driver, easily wheeling his beloved bus, Betsy, through a lot of difficult traffic and tight spaces at brisk speed. His nonstop presentation was the equivalent of a prolonged family version of an Eddie Murphy special. But what made the tour so outstanding was Earl's encyclopedic knowledge of Seattle, past and present. There were several spots where we tourists could get out, browse around, and take photos. This tour, as opposed to many others, included both the downtown area and the very scenic northern parts of the area. The length was just right.
Outstanding. A bargain for $50. You'll love Earl The Pearl. Don't miss Puget Sound Tours, especially if it's your first visit to Seattle.
