Our drivers John and Ibos were absolutely amazing! They were so accommodating and patient with us! They treated the horses with the absolute best care. Truly loved this experience through central park!

Found these guys online and the booking process was super easy with immediate email confirmation. An hour before the ride our driver Ibrahim texted to confirm and tell us where to meet him. Excellent communication throughout and the horse and carriage were perfect. Paid for a 45 minute ride and actually got one lasting 50 mins. Stopped for a photo opportunity at the fountains. Ibrahim was a great guide and answered all the kids questions patiently! If you want a relaxing carriage ride, seeing more than just a tiny bit of Central Park, it is worth paying for a proper ride with these guys. 5 star service.

I was in town for business with my team, we wanted to do something different. Central Park carriage ride was it. I called first to ask a few questions which Matty answered for me. He was very nice. We booked a carriage ride at about 10:30am online. The online booking process was very easy! Four of us took a carriage ride at 8pm. Our carriage driver, John, contacted me via text and gave me his name and where we would meet. He texted me again 15 min before we were to meet. We kept in touch as we were both within five minutes of arrival. He told me where he would be and what color his carriage was. Very efficient. When we met, he introduced us to August, the beautiful horse. John was very pleasant and friendly. We began the 45 min tour. He took us around the park and pointed out facts about the park itself and the many landmarks within it. He was very knowledgeable. It was cool to learn things about the park that we really didn’t know. He also offered to take photos which were sent the next morning as he said would be. After a busy day of meetings this was really a nice way to unwind, relax and take in a beautiful park. Thank you, John, for a nice evening.
