Gates were to open at 4:45pm. We stood in line, in the pouring rain, only to find that there 3 lines converging and no one knew which line to be in. We finally got up to check-in at 5:15, to find one person working the check in desk. After waiting in that line (now soaked to the bone), we were ushered to another line for pictures and a beverage, and then had to go to another line to be seated at our rain soaked table. Let's also talk about the fact that you can't prepay for parking. They require you to get your ticket validated and then wait until the end of the show to wait in ANOTHER line at the single parking kiosk to pay the $5 ticket. If you want to pay in advance of leaving so that you don't have to wait in a long line at the kiosk, they charge you the $5 and for any additional time between when you pay your parking fee and when you leave the lot. After being absolutely soaked, but trying to stick it out, they canceled the event. Unfortunately because I purchased our tickets through our timeshare company, I get NO refund for the cancelled event, unless I had purchased event insurance. Worst experience ever! Even if it wasn't raining, the lack of organization, and no staff to guide or assist was infuriating.
