After spending the previous day on the bike trails we opted for the city tour. Wow it was a great hour spent. Our guide Alice was a lifelong Alskan. She was able to give us so much information about the area. Alice was the star of the tour she kept us laughing and interested during the whole tour. I am not sure if the other tour guides are as entertaining. It is 20 bucks but you see a bunch of Anchorage and learn a ton about the town and it's people

This is a 1-hour moderately priced tour that gives you a quick history of Anchorage. The tour guide was awesome! He knew a lot of information and told it in a way that was interesting. The price is average. You do not get off the trolley at all but the tour gives you an idea of places you may want to visit on your own.

This is a good quick opportunity to learn about Anchorage if you're stopping there for a while. It's only an hour where you learn a little more about the city. Can stroll around the town for a while too after, as it is right in the middle of downtown Anchorage.
