This adventure-packed trip travels through the 1,100-foot cliffs of the Royal Gorge. The Royal Gorge rafting tour is famous for its steep drops, huge waves, and continuous Class III to Class V whitewater. The spectacular scenery and rapids of the Royal Gorge will thrill even the most expert whitewater veteran. Previous experience is not required to raft the Royal Gorge. Suggested age varies with water levels.

Our rafting trip was absolutely amazing! I can’t lie, I was a little nervous because I had never gone Rafting’s before. Our guide Riley completely went through every instruction step by step so we could safely maneuver on the water. I also really loved that it wasn’t just a rafting trip, Riley also explained the history of the gorge and even pointed out specific historical events/things that had happened which was really interesting to hear! Our guide really made this not just a rafting trip but a wonderful experience! Whenever we return the Colorado we will be going again, and I can’t wait!! Thank you Riley so much we had a blast!

Ok, so I was absolutely terrified to do this. I’m glad I did. Riley was our guide and I’m sooo grateful. He was very experienced and took his time to ease my fears and guided me through the entire experience. If you go, request Riley! Especially if you’re scared. I hated that there was no photographer at the end of season, but we’ll remember that experience forever! Thank you so much Riley!!

Aaron our guide was a pleasure to be with. He was knowledgeable, encouraging, and humorous. I had a fear of rafting and I slayed the beast with his help. Would highly recommend this trip, the scenery was amazing, the water was rushing and cool. It’s a great way to reconnect with nature and meet new people.
