Joe was really fun and helpful, he really knew what he was doing. I would definitely recommend going on this banana boat ride.

Arrived to the pier for our ride only to find out if you book with trip advisor there is an additional 30$ charge to be added by the vendor

Morning Sheir, You guys booked 2 banana boat ride with us yesterday through a Viator, which is a third party. As listed on their page there is additional fees for fuel/taxes. Nothing was misleading at all, you just didn't ready prior to book. I am so sorry for this. Regards,

They tried to hide the 25 dollars fuel fee. You pay it or you will get zero refund. It's like a scam and forced purchase. When you pay the second portion of the payment, they also let you sign another disclaimer so that you won't get the credit card company's protection. They require your photo, ID photo, ID number, and birthday, they will know everything about you even more than your bank. If you refuse, you will get zero refund. Then before you start, they let you sign a super long disclaimer about everything. They make you feel like you will court them the next second. This is a tourist business, and you are selling the experience. It is shameful you tried so hard to trick your customer.

Hi there, I am so sorry for your frustration, however you booked this activity through Viator, which is a third party and there is additional fee for fuel/ taxes upon check in which is well advertised on the page prior for you to book. I am sorry if you didn't ready it. Of course we require ID. We need to have full identification of all participants for safety purpose. This is a normal check in. We don't know who each person are and need to be able to identify them in case of anything. We are in the United State, not a third world country. Certain regulation need to be follow at check in. Anyway, it is hard to please the hundred of customers that we get on a daily basis- Regards,
