I didn’t even get the chance to make it to the banana boat ride. I was going to vacation in Miami with my sister and I made reservations here for the banana boat. My flight got canceled 10 hours before we were to takeoff due to hurricane Ian, therefore I was never able to make it to Miami. I called and asked for a refund and explained my situation, but they told me no. They said they were strict on refunds and they could only give me credit to visit at a later time. I explained that there was no visiting at a later time because I live across the country. It’s not a simple drive upstate during the weekend. They again told me no and wouldn’t transfer me to any form of higher management. I’m very disappointed in the lack of customer service and understanding for our situation.
