Horrible experience!!! Didn’t get to do the activities we wanted which would have been fine had he provided us with the discount that he said he was going to give us for having to for the banana boat instead of the speed boat. I was feeling dehydrated after being told to wait in the sun for over an hour and had asked for a water when I was told to either write a review or pay 2 dollars for the water. After writing the review (before even experiencing the activity that once again I did not sign up to do) I had to ask again 4 times before actually being handed the water. We waited over an hour and a half to start the activity as our instructor was sitting there and talking to his coworkers the entire time. This was by far the worst part of my boyfriend and I’s vacation.

Had an amazing time on the boat ride! Our captain James was great and made the experience super fun. Definitely recommend giving it a go (even if you're a little afraid of being in the water). As someone who isn't much of a swimmer, I felt safe the entire time.

It was a fun experience for my first time and great staff the boat went very fast and my favorite was when they did donuts in the water
