Important: Failure to provide or update your pick-up location prior to the departure date may result in missing the tour. The company will not be responsible for missed tours, and any fees paid will not be refunded.
Hotel Rooms: Hotel rooms accommodate 2-4 guests, with varying bed types(e.g., King/Queen beds or two twin beds) and deposit rules. Deposits are usually processed via credit card.
Tickets and Charges: Pre-purchased tickets or city passes are not accepted. Buy through us or via the guide. Group reservations recommended.
Itinerary Changes:Tour operator reserves the right to adjust the itinerary for smooth operations.
Tour Adjustments:The tour guide may alter schedules based on weather, traffic, or other conditions.
Parking: Parking is not available at the meeting point. Transportation to and from the departure location is not included.
Closed Attractions: If a scenic spot is closed, an alternative will be provided. COVID-19 may affect attraction hours and capacity.
Booster Seats: For state law, Children under the age of 6 require a booster seat in order to participate in the tour group. Please understand that the violations and fines are borne by the guests themselves. There is no need for a booster seat for bus travel on the day of travel.
Health Requirements: Guests with disabilities must provide advance notice. Wheelchair-accessible buses are not guaranteed without prior approval.
Terms and Conditions: Terms and conditions may change—check the product website for updates.The operator is not liable for damages unless required by law.
Leaving the Group: If leaving the group early, inform the tour guide and sign a departure form. No refunds for unused portions.
Gifts and Refunds: Gifts provided during the tour may change due to unforeseen factors like weather. Fees will not be refunded for changes.

The Lone Cypress is a Monterey cypress tree in Pebble Beach, California. Standing on a granite hillside off the 17-Mile Drive, the tree is a Western icon, and has been called one of the most photographed trees in North America. Possibly as old as 250 years.

7/29/2022 Our tourguide Mike Mai was so nice and professional, he offered to pick us up at the hotel, taking us to some bonus points besides the listed spot, like John Denver's me memorial Sign at Pacific Grove. He is very informative and has a sense of humor. This is one of our best experiences in Northern California .

First time in California and with limited time to explore on my own this was a great way to see the coast. The 17-mile drive was my favorite and I got to dip my toes in the Pacific! Mike was an amazing tour guide very knowledgeable and talented; he directed the tour in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. We were a small group of 5 which made it feel like a private tour. I would not change anything about my day, because for me it was perfect, but to talk logistics for others - there is not enough time to see the aquarium at canery row, but still plentybto see there. Also, it is a very full day which may not be the best for families with small children (not that the tour wouldn't be accomodating more that it is a long day driving).
