Our tour was a great way to maximize our time in Niagara Falls. Jimmy picked us up right on time and helped us move efficiently from site to site. He was often able to help us by-pass long lines and gave us tips at each location to help make the best of our experience. For us, the highlights of the tour were Maid of the Mist and Cave of the Winds, but everything else was excellent too. If you wish to select a tour, I highly recommend this one and Jimmy as a guide.

This was a really nice tour. Our tour guide gave us personal service, taking us to each stop, getting our tickets and picking us up afterwards. Drove around to see some of the sites and told us history of Niagara Falls. In hindsight, when I booked this tour, we were taking the Amtrak train and staying at a bed-and-breakfast. The train canceled so we had to get a rental car. We could’ve done this much cheaper by visiting the three sites and buying our own tickets, and probably would’ve been able to sit in the front seats of the helicopter, not the back .

This was our first trip to Niagara Falls and it rained the whole day during our excursions. Bummer, right?? Absolutely not! Saied made it an adventure and we had an absolute blast. He always went the extra mile to pick us up right at the door and even had the heat on to help us dry off (we went in July). He provided us with tips to get around the city and beyond. He is a great asset to his company and a pure joy to have as a chaffer. Best tour guide we’ve ever had!
