This snorkel tour was the worst experience. We arrived at 730 am. ….. got our gear and then had to wait an hour for addition people , who were late, until we could get started in the water. My husband and I who live in Palm beach had our two 14 yr old grandkids . The operator,, Laurie, was curt and rude. I thought it would be private with the four of us….. NO ! Then she got angry because I texted her our information,… weight, height.etc. She said I should of called her. She accused me of being rude not to call her. ? Yet, the text I sent her with the correct information, she responded to the day before our snorkel trip. Her attitude was so uncomfortable for our family, we were out of the water and in our car by 10, TWO HOURS BEFORE THE ENDING. . I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND this operator. Of course, she will post some defense, but BELIVE ME…… FIND SOME ONE ELSE! You are going at your own risk! Trust me!

Thanks for your disparaging review. It is so sad a woman like who touts her good manners has to lie to make her point sound valid. You take no responsibility for correcting the glaring mistake in your grandkids weights and shoe sizes, the only text was the one you corrected their shoe sizes thank God. The "alleged other text" I never got and if you could have treated me better than DREK than you would have called. Most people do, I have been doing this over 20 years now and YOU ARE THE FIRST PERSON TO ACT LIKE THIS!. Writing this review is only a reflection of the what's really in your heart as the Bible say, "Out of the heart the mouth speaks." You were barely cooperative and clearly showed that you didn't want to be there as evidenced by your leaving the water after 30 minutes. In addition, I took you grandson out in the lagoon for an additional 30 minutes and you didn't mention that, just all the negative things you could think of and embellish your lies as well. Most of my review are wonderful expressed by wonderful people. Nice people leave nice reviews because they had a great time. Funny you are not nice, and you don't leave a nice review. The two go together. And Every operator at the park, works out of the trunk of their car as there are no concessions there. You said that to be ugly and that is exactly what you are. Have a great rest of the year.

What an incredible experience. Our instructor Laura was so knowledgeable and helpful. We were privileged to see a manatee and some other beautiful fish.

Lots of fish to see!!! Valuable info for snorkeling. Enjoyed it very much! Seen and followed an occtupus on the ocean bottom. Was very exciting .
