Laura, was very good with guiding us through snorkeling experience. She is very knowledgable about the wildlife. She instructed us about how to dive effortlessly. She took great photos and wasn’t rushing us. My teenager loved it!!!

Hi Anna, so great meeting you and getting to show you the best snorkeling Florida has to offer. In our 90 minute snorkel you still only covered one-quarter of the snorkeling area. We had an amazing experience with my kids (17 & 21) Laura was very nice and profesional. I highly recommend her!! Super experience in Florida👍🏻👍🏻

Laura is so rude. I was fine when she canceled last minute due to the weather, that's understandable. However, she has been so terrible about me wanting a refund. This woman immediately jumps to aggression and blaming others. Go through someone else, Laura is not a pleasant person. Sure she'll likely attack me on here for leaving a bad review but word to the wise, that shows you exactly what kind of person she is. She even tried to say she hadn't accepted money but the itinerary showed completed after SHE CANCELED. She then refused to respond to refund requests through expedia. RUDE, CRUDE, and UNPLEASANT woman!!

It’s interesting that you’re blaming us for something entirely out of our control. The refund policy of a third-party platform like TripAdvisor isn’t something we can influence, no matter how creative your accusations. If you have an issue with their policy, it might be worth directing your concerns where they belong. We’re here to provide unforgettable experiences, not manage other companies’ refund processes.
