Long waits (more than 25 minutes each time we tried to ride the bus) and not impressed with staff. Not sure what the surprise was but this company clearly could not keep up with the numbers of guests. Other company was smoothly managing this. Saw a staff member argue with a bus driver who then drove off without picking up anyone ( Long line waiting over 30 minutes). On another bus there were at least 4 seats open and the tour guide didn’t seem to care and again left a large crowd at the stop, even when someone told him there was room. Unacceptable. Tour guides were a bit rougher than what I’ve experienced in other places. One even had on sweatpants with holes in them.

We encountered theses delays, more than usual, due to the Columbus Day city event. Please be aware, whenever we have to change or alter a route, or close a stop completely, we only do so once mandated by the Dept. of Transportation, as it is out of our control. We post these changes on our website and app under “Service information" and all of our guides and agents are aware of these changes and should be informing customers also. We cannot speak for the competition, as we follow our routes set upon us. We understand that your time is limited and we do our best to maneuver around it, and provide our guests with the best sightseeing experience possible. Guides are expected to be presentable and professional at all times as they are trained in providing exceptional customer service. Any behavior short of that is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. With that said, we hope to find a solution to these issues in hopes to prevent it from occurring in the future. Buses were packed and my kids couldn’t even get to ride on the upper deck. Very disappointing for their 1st trip. I’m not sure why they wouldn’t put more buses out but clearly they were not ready. I think next time we try another bus service or will just use public transportation.

Poor service, over sold tickets, rude service- bad experience!!! :-( Not at all tourist friendly and unhelpful folks here at Times Square :-( Man in charge was very rude and pushy!

Good Afternoon rtatpeace Please know we expect all staff to be professional, courteous, and amiable at all times and any behavior short of that is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. We take customer complaint very seriously, please provide more information such as time, and description to [email protected], it is reported to upper management for disciplinary action. Please know we do encourage agents to enthusiastically sell our products but we do monitor capacity and prepare for more hectic times in hopes to prevent overcrowding. We do sometimes get it wrong and we are working hard to improve our system.
