The tour was terrible and cost $105.00 each. We did the south tour and stayed on the bus for the first circuit intending to hop on and off the second circuit. To our surprise, stayed on the bus for ages waiting for it to move. When asked, the driver said he was now going to do the north circuit. If I didn't see anything else in New York, I wanted to go to9/11. The bus drove past and didn't stop anywhere near the site. He also had the audacity to say 'Happy to help.' $105.00 for a bus ride????

We were so disappointed in this bus tour. Having done one, I think it was City Site Seeing, a number of years ago, which was excellent, it was galling how bad in comparison this was. This one had an audio which we listened to through headphones, no live commentary on the bus. The tape was out of sync with the journey (on both downtown and uptown tours) and kind of limited with information, lacking any detail. The latter part of the downtown tour was sparse, basically the bus drove up the dual carriageway (12th Ave) on the West side with no audio (other than boring music) at all. What a weird way to tour when there is so much to see that was missed. Even going that way there is no mention of sites that you can see Hudson yards, The Edge, The Vessel and more. Would i go on this bus tour again, NO, not even with free tickets.

Was great to get a quick look around the city however the audio guide was very ordinary missing some great sites alone the route which were found when we looked on apple maps wondering what buildings were. There was annoying music playing between the attractions that were spoken about. The bus routes do not finish at the starting point and you must get off the bus at the last stop which is not advertised which was frustrating as we had planned our afternoon around this stop. The second day we were made to get the bus line up to get back on the same bus. Make sure you are ready to catch the last bus well before 4pm as there are long lines to get on the buses which are crowded.
