This was a great way to tour around if you aren't un a hurry. We caught the red loop bus in the late morning down to the 9/11 memorial site/Wall Street stop & I think it took us a good 45 minutes-1 hour to get that far. Great way to see some of the sites but only good if you get a seat up top. We had to sit downstairs on the return trip and couldn't see much. It was 'OK' - I can see older people enjoying it more than kids.

Although I was disappointed to find out the tour was a recording, I had no issues with the recording being bad, I could hear it and when I lost it, I found that I had bumped it and just by jiggling the cord it would fix itself. I really wish that they had live guides, like we did in Chicago, because you could hear so many more interesting facts! I feel that was lacking the most from the audio tour, it was very sparse.

Rude staff, buses not on time. Despite getting the first bus of the day we got to South ferry where we stopped for 15 minutes, the staff had a blazing argument and we were then told to transfer from our full bus onto one 80% full already. No apologies provided either. Needless to say it wasn't worth any more of our time to end up sitting downstairs. Commentary was provided through rubbish headphones pre recorded not in sync and 50% music. How they can charge $60 for this I don't know. If you have new York pass save your time.
