Don’t go if it’s raining!!!! We spent April 28 2023 it was a cold rainy day inside and out. The bus leaked It was ridiculous. They had their AC on and the windows stayed fogged up. It was dangerous for the driver to be operating in the conditions on the bus.

The complete tour of Washington DC, the history that is shared on the recording is very informative . It was not clear when the bus stops if the same bus waits for you or another bus will come after each 20 minutes stop

Good way to get around however..AC did not work on many of the buses..you cannot get on any stop 1st thing in the morning as advertised..app is difficult to use and is not always updated in real time

Hi Debra! We appreciate you sharing your experience with us, and we're sorry to hear that your DC tour didn't meet your expectations. We always suggest that our guests dress appropriately for the weather since our open-top buses provide a lovely connection to the outdoors. We've also made updates to our app and website to clearly display the first and last bus times for each stop. Plus, the live tracking feature has been enhanced to minimize any delays.
