Black Tie delivers your gear at a time that’s convenient for you and does a custom fitting in your hotel room, condo or vacation home. They carry top of the line demo-level equipment for all ability levels. If you need any support during your trip, they are always a phone call away and can meet you on the slopes or back at your accommodations. Returns are just as convenient and easy as delivery. When you are finished with your rentals, they come back to your lodging and retrieve the equipment with no need to intrude on your dining or travel plans. While we ended up canceling our reservation with Black Tie Ski Rental a couple of weeks before our arrival, I was very happy with their customer service. When there was a question about our rental, someone from their office called me to discuss it. I appreciate their friendly and helpful attitude! Special thanks to Megan in their office.

This company made the ski rental process quick and easy. There were 5 of us ranging in age from 5 to 73. Their equipment is great and their customer service is outstanding. Chloe was so patient when she came to our condo to fit us all. Kiki was understanding when one set of skis was returned early and Kasey was so helpful in arranging a boot exchange. We would definitely book with them again and highly recommend this company.

Wow! Black tie gave us excellent skis and snowboards and their service was outstanding. We had different lengths of rental of equipment and Black tie picked up whenever we needed. We highly recommend Black Tie ski rental and plan to rent with them next time we return to Big Sky.
