Rollercoasters were great but extremely disappointed with the day as it’s a cashless park so we didn’t bring cash and only bought our phones for Apple Pay as that’s all we are travelling with from the uk. Lockers would not accept Apple Pay so we have been stuck with our bags and unable to ride together all day We were given complimentary fast passes by management but it didn’t include iron gwazi and we couldn’t ride together . It’s ruined the whole day and it’s my birthday . We would never come back now. If your cashless you really need to update the rest of the park to be able to take Apple Pay or at least let customers know in advance.

I thought the car parking prices for well expensive 10or 15 dollars max not 35 total rip off. And when we got in it took us till the first restroom to be open was the fourth one scorpion was open then shut you could tell it was out of there season no one seemed that interested with you. The good thing is that you get on all the rides very quick. And watch the sun try and stay out of it after one hour and give yourself a rest it is really hot in there

Busch gardens was always a highlight of our previous trips to Florida but after yesterdays visit, we will not be back again. To start off, I am disabled and was looking into mobility options and the cost for a mobility scooter rental was $120 which is extortionate and $20 more than I had seen online on their website. For an uncomfortable manual wheelchair it was $33 which was still a complete rip off but we had no other choice. It would be impossible to self propel that chair through the park due to the hills and it did not have a very good breaking system considering that so not the safest option and my husband really struggled to push me around in the heat. On top of that, nearly every attraction apart from the main coasters was closed. Most of the animals were off exhibit. The safari on the train ride had very few animals compared to previous visits and we could barely understand the person speaking and the volume was uncomfortably loud and was hurting my ears, and I am hard of hearing so that’s saying a lot! The price of a single beer was $14. I wanted to purchase a hat and the tag had $36 blacked out with permanent marker and so we asked the price and was told $50…. For a basic straw hat. Needless to say we put that back. There was barely any entertainment going on at all apart from two stilt walkers. The only area that had any real atmosphere was the Sesame Street kids space and even then it was mostly the shows music that was providing that and not the actual entertainment and I can listen to that on YouTube for free. The most entertaining thing from our visit was feeding a squirrel, not worth $100, we could have done that at our accomodation. I was embarrassed to have taken my in-laws here after describing our previous visits. Everyone left feeling let down. Save your money and go elsewhere.
