The park was huge and hot. After over 10 years I decided to go on a roller coaster. Let’s just say I could remember why my last time was 10 years ago 😆 It was very rainy so we didn’t get any animal tours. Purchased the food package which was very convenient. They offered a shuttle from the parking lot to the park. I didn’t realize how much of a convenience this was until it was time to walk back to the parking lot. My Mr and I enjoyed the park. We were very grateful to enjoy this opportunity to embrace our inner child.

Been to Busch Gardens a few times on holiday and really disappointed with my visit today, after driving over an hour from Kissimmee to get there we found lots of the rides we wanted to try out were closed Iron Gwazi, Falcons Fury, Phoenix,Stanley falls and Kumba were all off when we attempted to ride them We also experienced technical delays on Sheila and Cobras Curse In addition two train stations were closed and sky ride wasn’t in operation Not sure if they are short of operating staff or maintenance technicians but they need to sort I out Might be worth doing some research first if you have a bit of travelling to do

We visited Busch Gardens after a perfect time in orlando visiting universal and disney. Although we expected Busch Gardens not to be as spectacular we didnt expect rude staff, broken rides and mis selling of deals. Firstly we arrived early and paid for an all day dine. This was $59.99 for adults, we spent almost $300 for 5 people for the deal. However it was not “all day” as we areived at 10am (when the park opens) but the food wasnt availble until 11. We went to a restaurant and it didnt even open at 11. At 11:15 we asled a park member how long it would he as we had paid for the deal? His rude response was “we’ll be open when were open” i was disgusted by this repsosne. Then the signature ride Iron Gwazi in lots of the adverts was closed, we were told it was a temporary fault but it was off all day. Throughout the day we found food and drinks had run out and just all round rudeness from staff. One member of staff said “Dont ask me im just doing summer work” The only positive is there were no queues because there wasnt many people there, probably because of the poor experience people have had. I visited 15 years ago and it was brilliant. Wont go back now but expect it wont be round much longer.
