Step 2: Present the eTicket along with a Photo ID to a park representative at the turnstiles, located at the main entrance.

Terms of Service:
The eTicket may not be copied, transferred, or resold. Ticket is only valid for the person listed on the ticket. Ticket is non-refundable. Void if altered. Non-redeemable for cash. Photocopies will not be accepted. Bio-scan and photo ID required. Will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Remains the property of SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment. Will be confiscated or revoked without restitution for misuse. Valid during normal operating hours. Blackout dates apply. Ticket expires one year from date of purchase.

There are some great rides in the park but technical issues seem to close them a lot and they are very quick to close for incoming weather. We went for park opening at 10am. Lots of rides only open at 11am. All day dining not available until 11am. Toilets filthy from arrival and the park is generally grubby and run down. We left around 2pm as it started to rain. The trams to the car parks don’t run in bad weather! Just the time you want them. Disney and Universal don’t do this to you. Car park is advertised at 32 dollars. It isn’t as there is tax on top so it’s just over 34 dollars. At Disney they advertise 30 dollars and that’s want you pay.

Not the Place I remember...No maps. Lack of signs in park. They want you to use the app to navigate but it's full of ways to get you to spend your money on useless add-ons. App is unacurate and doesn't work most the time. (We experienced this and an employee gladly shared this information with us) Tragically most of the staff is very young and in need desperately of direction and proper training. They seem very overwhelmed at rides , in restaurants and management is nowhere to be found. Facilities are dirty and damaged and it's clear to see they're hurting financially. There is no mention of locker fee or guidance on how to use them or payment. No mention that it will continue to charge if you don't cancel locker after use with a small red button hidden under keypad.its sad a place that gave my family and I so many good memories in my younger days is the way it is. Not cheap for a disappointing experience.

We came right when they opened on a weekday in August. The pros: parking was easy, the shuttle was great, there are places to sit in the shade every few feet, lots of cool things to see and do. The cons: it was HOT, larger rides had a long wait, many rides were closed for maintenance or for no apparent reason. We spent about 4 hours here and despite lots of breaks in the shade and water we all still felt on the verge of heat exhaustion. We had the dining pass which paid for itself but everything else was exorbitantly expensive. Nearly $7 for a bottled water. $15 for a magnet, $37 for a tee shirt.
