The eTicket may not be copied, transferred, or resold. Ticket is only valid for the person listed on the ticket. Ticket is non-refundable. Void if altered. Non-redeemable for cash. Photocopies will not be accepted. Bio-scan and photo ID required. Will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Remains the property of SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment. Will be confiscated or revoked without restitution for misuse. Valid during normal operating hours. Blackout dates apply. Ticket expires one year from date of purchase.

Not the Busch Gardens I remember as a child. The park is very similar to the other three in the chain (Seaworld and Aquatica) - extremely poor customer service, staff who have no customer service skills, no management, no direction, poor signage etc. The rides are not updated on the app to show if they are closed or not and so I wasted a number of trips around the park finding that Phoenix rising and Kumba were not in operation. They charge you $5 each for the use of the sky ride- why? All day dining restaurants close at random times without any explanation. The rides are good when you can actually get on one - we managed only 4 rides from 11.00am - 6.00pm. Wait times range from 45-80mins and the times advertised are often inaccurate. Disney and Universal are so so much better! I wouldn’t waste my money going to any of the three parks under Seaworld again. I would rather ride another ride at Disney or Universal.

Lots of rides were closed the main cable car to go over the animals were also closed all day. Why do you not put what is closed on went before you let people come all the way and pay? We got to some rides and they just said it’s not open after seeing it go round I think they close them to suit them when they want breaks etc as they are tight with staffing compared to the other big parks universal and Disney. Toilets and facilities are poor and not clean, park food and drinks are super expensive staff are awful they are unhappy and unhelpful sat on their phones all day definitely hate working there. Animals are kept in small pens and didn’t look clean and they do fireworks surely that’s cruel to them poor animals!!!

Naturally, we were displeased to read that we did not meet the standards you have come to expect from Busch Gardens. Feedback from guests like you is instrumental in helping us deliver a better experience for all our guests. We are committed to providing an enjoyable experience that entertains and enriches all our guests. The beautification of our park is among our top priorities, and we would like to apologize that this was not evident on the date of your visit. We have forwarded your comments to our leadership team for their consideration and further action. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Unfortunately, despite annual maintenance and daily operating inspections, our rides can experience technical difficulties, just as any other mechanical device. We employ our own onsite maintenance team, and in most cases are able to open the attraction again quickly. That was our hope on the date you visited; however, we were unable to take care of the problem as quickly as we had anticipated. Thank you for your comments and concerns for the animals at Busch Gardens. We can tell you that our passion for caring for these animals matches that of your own. We work very closely with our Zoo Team to ensure that the fireworks do not impact the animals at the park. Please be advised, we work to make sure the more than 12,000 animals at the park are comfortable with the many different sights and sounds that they encounter daily. We can assure you that the animals are not harmed during the fireworks presentation, and we encourage you to speak with some of our animal care specialists the next time you are at the park. Additionally, the majority of our animals are in enclosures in which they have the opportunity to seek space away from viewing areas whether that may be to find shade, rest inside their habitats, or simply for comfort. We understand the love our guests have for our animals and appreciate the continued understanding that this type of freedom within their enclosures may lead to less time in view but greater comfort for our animals. -IG

We have just returned from a day here. We arrived just before opening and parked with no problem. You have to pay for parking which was €34 including tax. You take a tram from the parking to the front entrance. We arrived into the park at opening and the queues were very light. The only downside is that there were flies around the food area where you got your drinks and ketchups. Otherwise a great day out. We had all day meal package which worked out well otherwise food and drink is quite expensive .
