My tour company booked the activity for me and I did not know what to expect. I wanted to do the scenic rafting, not the whitewater one. I'm not a fan of boat rides. It was actually a fun experience, a bit scary (category 4 rafting), but I really liked it. The staff is so much fun, they will make you smile and laugh. Our rafting guide Pat was good and gave us a lot of informations about the scenery and the town Healy while we were rafting. Highly recommend for a FUN activity with fun people.

I love to go white water rafting, class 3 and higher rapids. I have never had the opportunity to go through rapids with the option to NOT paddle! This gave my 79 yr old mom and 12 yr old son the chance to join the fun but raft safely! Others got to paddle so it met everyone's needs. Our guide Bryce was awesome! A definite must do! They even provide dry suits so you can stay totally dry (bring layers to stay warm and water proof gloves if you want to paddle and not get your hands soaked)
