Beautiful scenery along the River. Not thrilling but that’s not what we looking for. The staff gave their instructions and safety presentations in a manner that apparently they think is humorous and keeps clients attention, but is actually condescending, rough and disrespectful. They could accomplish the same goals in another, friendlier, more respectful manner. Once on the River the guide was very nice.

Thank you for making us aware of this and how it made you feel. We will definitely be bringing this to the attention of our guides and have them fix the way in which they deliver this information. As it should be informative not condescending rough or disrespectful.

Very well organized. The actual river trip was excellent. Our guide, marty did an exceptional job of making it a fabulous, never to forget, experience.
