Oscar was super friendly and fun. He texted me about 30 minutes before our scheduled time with the exact location of where to meet. Overall great experience.

First time ever in New York City, waited 55 years to get a carriage ride. I have a busted ankle, so I’m handicap right now I was running late due to traffic and no place to park. I didn’t get my carriage ride from you. You guys took my 200 and some odd dollars and wouldn’t give me a refund I end up having to pay another 160 something dollars for a different carriage company and they were really sweet to me.

If you come 30 min late to your 45 min ride obviously you would miss your ride . Read instractions carefully

Carriage ride and driver were excellent. Unfortunately your site allowed me to reserve 5 adults in 1 carriage. This is not allowed. Caused a hassle and repurchase. Correct your site 5 passengers IF at least 2 are children
