Getting off the carriage and going back to the hotel. Very anticlimactic. The driver changed the timings twice. The last time within a hour of the ride. I could barely understand what he was saying. For the price, I wasn’t impressed. I don’t recommend this company.

After receiving a message requesting us to arrive earlier than booked time our driver was then running late. We were given inconsistent info re meeting place. Driver was not at all helpful assisting mobility challenged passenger who very nearly fell from carriage. Very poor English spoken.

Great Carriage Ride! Guide was informative and gave us great photo opts! Took his time with us and showed us views we would of missed if on foot. Highly Recommend!
