The itinerary was good, carriage and horse (strawberry) clean and comfortable. However, Matt, from Turkey, was a disaster… First, he arrived late and we departed at 11.36am instead of 11.30. Second, he did not wear the VIP Traditional uniform with the hat. Then he was absolutely not friendly (never smiled nor had good anecdotic words…). He did not offer to stop anywhere but once at the fountain, which obviously shortened the tour from 50 to 40 minutes (as he started also later than foreseen and had other customers waiting). He did not get any tips for his poor services and bad humour.

We had the best time! Oscar and Strawberry were great tour guides! We saw so much of Central Park, and had our pictures taken in a few places. There are so many horse and carriage drivers, but Oscar called us by name. We knew we were on the correct ride.

Matt our driver was amazing. The whole experience was great! He was very attentive and knowledgeable. Strawberry, our house, was beautiful. The photo package is definitely worth it!
