Where should I start. Tour guide was not well spoken, looked nervous the whole time and felt like this was his first day doing this. He ended the tour after 58 minutes, I paid for 90. And when I complained to Viator and wanted a refund or some kind of compensation, I got a sorry but we cannot help you e-mail.
