Our Uber driver got mixed up and was late for the noon tour. I called to see whether we could be switched to a 2 pm tour and they said OK, but with a $20 extra fee😡 Note: That morning, the company had encouraged us to switch times (obviously, they had empty seats.) They did not offer any discount. After paying for this $$$ tour, we decided to decline paying an extra $20, and skipped it. Left a bad impression.

We have had family in Chicago for 40 years and have done nearly all of the “touristy” things. We wanted to do something different this time, so we chose this tour. Well worth our time. The hour and a half length was perfect. LEAH WAS GREAT! We learned more details about stories that we had already heard, and also learned some new stories. Stopping at the various sights was eye opening. This tour is for history buffs, maybe not first time visitors - only because Chicago has so much to do! Did I say we loved Leah?! She was crazy personable and enthusiastic., made the tour.

Much better than we thought. My 17-year-old wanted to do the tour, and we parents went along with low expectations. Actually, Jay, the tour guide kept the tour interesting and had a fun tone of voice that was easy to listen to while you were looking out the windows. There were numerous times we got off the bus (about 4) and had the chance for photos at cool spots. The bus was comfortable but completely full for the 4 pm tour. Jay managed the crowd very well and it wasn't an issue at any of the stops.
