The tour starts at 10:30am so we arrived at 10:15am at the address sent to us via email and our guide was waiting with a sign. It was really cold and had snowed the previous day so she had some cancellations and so it was just us and one other couple which was nice. We were given a pamphlet to let us know where we were headed and what we would be eating. Throughout the tour, she tried to keep us inside as much as possible because it was so cold. She did mention that in the summer, they normally keep you outside more when its nice and bring the food out.
My favorite stop was the place in Chinatown where we had Dim Sum, Nom Wah Tea Parlour. I would have never gone there on my own, but the line was out the door when we arrived, good sign, and was great.
You have an opportunity to use the bathroom at the first stop and then at the 5th spot, about halfway through.
At the end of the tour, we were both full. It definatley served as our lunch for the day. You guide will give you directions how to get back to the subway or how to get to any other attractions/restaurants near by.
I would definitely recommend this tour if you want to see Little Italy/Chinatown but don't really know where to start or have limited time. The tour was 3 hours and we had a great overview of the area.
