the cruise itself was good. the narrator was clear and had great info and inside info. the staff--different story. we were greeted by an employee yelling/screaming to "get your bags open "--not in a polite or inviting manner-thought I was going to a prison. On board,not sufficient staff to tend to food/bar area. Waited 30 minutes at one time, and gave up. Went to another bar, and the bartender disappeared. One passenger stood at an open area,blocking the view. Announcements asked not to do this. I politely asked her to move,for she was blocking the view. But she did not. A staff member saw me do this an never followed up. Photograph taken at the beginning was not to be seen during/at the end of the cruise. So..the actual cruise itself was good, but the employees need hospitality training and more staff is needed at the concessions.
