The highlight of your vacation! This a 17-foot self-bailing raft that provides a fun splashy ride while providing enough stability to handle the Snakes Class bigger rapids with ease, and allowing you to feel safe while you enjoy the experience. You'll paddle through the legendary Snake River Rapids, including Lunch Counter, Big Kahuna, Champagne and Ropes. Rafts launch at West Table and take out at Sheep Gulch in the Snake River Canyon. It's 8 miles of Class II and III whitewater interspersed with calm stretches, even some opportunities to swim. Trips take 3 1/2 to 4 hours round-trip from our office at 180 Powderhorn Ln in Jackson. Whitewater rafting with Lewis & Clark is the genuine interactive outdoor adventure you came to Jackson Hole to experience. Most of our customers are first-timers and it's suitable for ages 6+. If you're looking for the max in adventure check out Lewis & Clark's small boat, smallest raft on the Snake. Private rafts are available, call to book.

The owners were very accommodating in scheduling a trip for us on the very first day of the season. Extremely professional, fun, nice group of people. Our guide Joe was very fun, entertaining, knowledgeable and experienced. You can tell the owners love what they do and really go above and beyond to make a great experience for travelers.

Our experience was absolutely amazing! We chose the early bird special and were pleased with the food and coffee. Thankfully we chose to rent the wet suits for the members of the party that it wasn’t included for, it made the trip super enjoyable warmth wise. There were a few adults that chose not to and you could tell they got a little cold. The bus ride was just enough time to relax and digest, then your off! Orion talked with everyone about which positions were best for them and luckily we got the front (due to our girls being the oldest in the group and wanting it to be as exciting as possible) Our teenage girls were thrilled with the position and Orion’s witty banter. We were lucky enough to see some mountain goats, eagles and even a mink. Our raft was all families and everyone seemed to love it! Our daughter even rode the bull and stayed on the whole time! Thank you for making our first rafting trip great!

Lots of competition in Jackson, but if you can get in on a trip with L&C, I'd strongly recommend them. Solid value and an excellent team, they have wetsuits and footwear to rent - basically all dialed in and taken care of. Have fun! Will
