The tour was nice. You had to make reservation. We went to the 4pm Happy Hour tour. We had the Tampa Bay City Pass. We didn't see too many Dolphins but the boat ride and scenic tour was great. The staff were all very friendly.

We absolutely loved it!! Saw several dolphins a manatee! The staff was great and our guide was very informative and answered all our questions. I highly recommend.

The crew was very friendly. One of the female crew members did all of the talking about what we were looking at as we had been traveling on the boat. She spoke very well, was professional and very knowledgeable. They all tried so hard for us to see dolphins. We did see some! However, don't blink because you will miss them. Not what I had thought it would be though. I little disappointed, but I get that you can't control animals in their own environment.
