Fun, interactive exhibit with snacks and photo ops along the way! We booked our tickets for 10am when they opened in order to have less visitors. Highly recommend, although it is leaving NYC, as they are soon opening up in Houston. You begin with Mochi in the lobby and you sign up for a photo card that you use to activate their interactive cameras throughout the exhibit. You may also use your own phone camera, however, it isn't necessary and the cameras set up worked great and send the photos directly to your email. We tried ice cream, soda, macarons... all while giggling our way through the Color Factory. Exhibits were bright, fun, and silly for all ages. The blue ball pit at the end was my favorite. For a 56 year old it was a hoot. After the event you are given a little souvenir and a map with other little locations around NYC that the Color Factor has set up. We found the one around the corner that when you buzz a floor of the building a corresponding song plays out of the speaker. Again, just cute fun throughout the morning and again as you used your color map later that day while touring New York.

Had more fun than expected. Photos (no addl charge), colorful snacks, kids loved the ball pit. Interactive so even adults can be silly with no judgement. Excellent concept. Really cool place for kids & adults. My kids range 20 to 12. They loved it & so did I.

Absolutely loved this fully interactive and fun exhibit. On entry (we had a New York Pass) we were lucky to get in almost straight away, as it's a first come, first serve basis and I think they prioritise booked and paying customers (which makes sense.) When you get there you're given some exclusive Mochi ice cream which was delicious! You are taken to different rooms, most of it is self guided, no pressure to move rooms too quickly which is also a bonus, and it wasn't too crowded when we went after dinner (around 8.00pm.) The treats are awesome, you get to choose your favourite colour badge/button, you can boogie on down in a frankly amazing disco room, and then there's the brilliant blue ball pit! All of this was such fun, well worth going - just make sure you go at a time that it's going to be less crowded if you want a bit of chill time with it. Absolutely cannot fault this beautiful and immersive experience. Only wish we could have gone again on our pass!
