A rare opportunity to see the ancient bond between man and bird. In a small group, you will interact with a variety of hawks, falcons and owls, learn their natural history and their differences, and see an unforgettable flying demonstration. The Beginners Experience culminates with a chance for you
to put on a glove and hold a trained falcon.

There is a licensed falconer who oversees and presents each experience. The birds engage only by their own will.

We had an amazing time learning the history of falconry and seeing the birds up close and personal. I purchased the beginner and intermediate combined class for my boyfriends birthday and it was worth it. Having the birds come to you and seeing live demonstrations was incredible. We hope to get into falconry in the future!

Broadmoor Falconry in Colorado Springs "combo" experience several types of raptors, just the 2 of us and 2 Falconers and all the beautiful raptors. Wonderful time, but a lot of money for a very short experience.

This was such a fabulous outing. Pricey but worth the time. Our falconist, , was extremely knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. She showed us two species of owl, three types of falcons and two hawk breeds. The opportunity to interact with these majestic birds and film them in flight was amazing. The end of the outing was out of doors where you were able to perch one of these birds of prey. What a unique and unforgettable experience!
