Overview

A rare opportunity to see the ancient bond between man and bird. In a small group, you will interact with a variety of hawks, falcons and owls, learn their natural history and their differences, and see an unforgettable flying demonstration. The Beginners Experience culminates with a chance for you
to put on a glove and hold a trained falcon.

There is a licensed falconer who oversees and presents each experience. The birds engage only by their own will.

Actually "holding" a falcon. And going for the "Goose-the-Hawk stroll". Amazing birds!! This is truly a one-of-a-kind experience. We are so grateful to Deanna and Katy for sharing their experiences and love of these amazing birds. We will be back!

Truly one of the greatest experiences of my life. So thrilling to see these birds up close and in action - and Katy (our falconer) was not only knowledgeable but so enthusiastic that it made the whole class thrilling. This is a don't-miss experience - if you can find the time, I'd definitely recommend doing this - you'll never forget it!

Deana was amazing. Her knowledge and experience with birds was tremendous. We learned a ton about the Owls, Hawks and Falcons. Going for a walk with the Hawk following us was very exciting but the bonus was when it chased the raccoon tail. We are from Vt and look forward to visiting Deana in the future to do the next level training. Thx for an excellent Class and Demonstration. Bubba and Marcia
